New training program


I’m in the middle of my fifth week of this new program and let me tell you, it is not easy. Anything in life worth having doesn’t come easy though. I love a challenge and this challenges me physically in the gym, and mentally as well when it comes to making healthy food decisions.

I love the gym. It is like my sanctuary. Its where I go to relieve stress and it always puts me in a better mood. I feel confident and accomplished every time I walk out those doors. It is not only lifting weights. It is challenging myself to be better and work harder. Seeing changes in my body is such an incredible feeling knowing that I did that all by myself.

I feel like food basically rules my life right now, but I’m okay with that. I feel stronger and my body is healthier than it ever has been before. I am on a basically whole foods diet eating about 5 meals everyday.
